How application is going to be tested?

Hi,
I can't understand how application will be tested according to the fact that It will be developed to be used in a specific local area of the developer? How judges can evaluate the quality of the app without possibility to try it on the ground?

    Great question! The repository and testing instructions will help the technical reviewers while most of the judges will depend on the demo video showing the project in action and your write-up.
